Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions
Suggested Use: One hour before bedtime, adults mix 2 level scoops with at least 12 ounces of water or low sugar juice. May be taken with our without food. All three steps of RAW Cleanse are designed to be used during the same seven day period.
