Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take 1 tablet on an empty stomach upon waking, and a second tablet approximately 8 hours later, 60-90 minutes before a meal. Do not use this product longer than 4 weeks without a 4 week break in between. Do not exceed 2 tablets in any 24 hour period. Read the product warning before use.
