Directions For Use: As a dietary supplement, men take 4 capsules with a full glass of water one hour prior to training. On non-training days, take 4 capsules one hour prior to bedtime. Take with or without food. For best results, use continuously for a minimum of 8 weeks. Isa-Test GF can be used on its own or in combination with other iSatori supplements.
