Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Usage: Take 1 capsule up to 2 times per day during or shortly after a meal. For infants and children, use 1/2 to 1 capsule per day. Open the capsule and mix the desired contents with water, unheated liquids such as fruit juices or foods. Or take as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
