Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) fast dissolve tablet 30 minutes before bedtime as Melatonin may produce drowsiness. To assess tolerance, start with 1/2 tablet. Do not exceed recommended dose of 1 tablet per day.
