Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions
Suggested usage: PGX softgels can be taken with or without food with a glass of water (8-16 oz or 1-2 cups) or as directed by a health professional. Week 1: 1 softgel, 3 times daily. Week 2: 2 softgels, 3 times daily. Week 3 and beyond: 3 softgels, 3-4 times daily.

The combination of PGX and mulberry extract in these Ultra Matrix softgels helps lower the glycemic index of your meals, slow glucose absorption and promote healthy blood sugar levels already in normal range. The Ultra Matrix technology involves suspending PGX in a rich coconut oil matrix, which allows PGX to disperse quickly when it reaches stomach acid. Incorporating PGX into your daily diet will promote satiety and support normal appetite and metabolism.

Notice: A small percentage of people may experience minor digestive changes such as gas, bloating, constipation, or diarrhea when starting to take PGX.
