For Daily Maintenance: Adults And Children Over 12 Years Of Age: Take two (2) teaspoons daily. Children 6-12 Years Of Age: Take one (1) teaspoon daily. For Intensive Use: Adults And Children Over 12 Years Of Age: Take two (2) teaspoons four (4) times daily. Children 6-12 Years Of Age: Take one (1) teaspoon two (2) times daily. Shake well before use. Mix with water, sparkling water and or your favorite beverage.
