Directions: Use only as directed. Take 1 VegCap during each meal with a glass of water. Do not exceed twelve capsules per day.

Discussion: This product contains hydrochloric acid and an enzyme called pepsin, both of which are naturally produced in the stomach to aid in digestion. Both betaine HCl and pepsin are combined to promote digestive health. Pepsin, a protein digesting enzyme derived from porcine, is known to have an off odor when exposed to heat and moisture. This is not an indication of spoilage.
