Colostrum LD is coated with bioidentical liposomal lipids extracted from milk and sunflower oils to help protect the colostrum from the digestion process for optimal absorption. For more variety Try these delicious variations for more flavor: Add an ice cube Add 1/2 tsp of cocoa powder for chocolate flavor Add 2 strawberries and/or a few blueberries for taste Suggested use: Adults take 1 tsp twice daily. Pour warm water over colostrum. Mix until smooth. Advanced use: Take 2 tsp twice daily, 30-40 minutes before exercise and before bedtime. Children (6-12 years): 1 tsp daily mixed into food like applesauce or yogurt, or non-acidic juice.
