Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Suggested use: Take 1 dropper (about one-half full) once per day with or without food. Place drops under the tongue and let dissipate for 20 seconds then swallow. Use topically by applying 5 to 6 drops to ends of dry or wet hair and rubbing it directly on the scalp two to three times per week (preferably at night). Gently shake before usage.
