Directions for use: Take 30 minutes before or 2 hours after food. 1 serving = 60 drops For lungs: Take 2 servings in water as needed or consult a physician. For liver: Take 1 serving in water 2 or 3 times a day or consult a physician. For muscle pain/spasm due to trauma or exercise or menstrual cramps: Take 1-2 servings in water 2 or 3 times a day.
